Very nice home!

It was a really top house! Want to comeback!?? It was really good!

Great property. Loved it for my family vacation. My only complaint would be the additional charge for electricity usage. We rarely used the hot tub and kept the AC at 74 all week and were well over the allotted usage for a family of 6. Only did laundry once. My only complaint. We will come back and would recommend for others just be aware of this.

Fabulous vacation house, very nicely appointed. Offered everything we could possibly need for our weeks vacation. The Vesteva management team were great to work with!

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful property. The open concept and access to the screened in patio and pool area was great! There were several different sitting spaces for everyone to go and do their own thing. The dock even had a lounge space to enjoy coffee in the morning. Very nice, we would highly recommend this property to our family and friends. Pleasant and they responded right away to our requests

Booked home for my 50th birthday. Initial communication with host was good(emailed host twice to discuss issues prior to this review with no response to talk). Pros: Beautiful dream home and I would recommend to anyone. All amenities top notch and nothing cheap in quality. Still smells new. My group treated this home as their own. Had a great time. Cons: Management needs major improvement. Please read over your contract and demand all additional fee warnings, cleaning responsibilities etc. Monday: Arrived and called reference pool questions (no call back). Tuesday: Called with a question regarding the kayaks(no call back). Wednesday: Received a text that we were noisy Tues night and there was a complaint. We addressed it and no more complaints (so you couldn't take my call as I am paying you but you entertained a neighbor who isn't?). I respect the noise issue but do keep in mind it is an elderly development. During the same text I advised that one bathroom drain was taking on water and was told they would stop out that day if they have time. (they didn't and that's ok but wouldn't you call the next day, or the day after?) Friday: Received a text that the temp. was dropping and if outdoor temp doesn't have an ambient temp of 50 degrees that the pool won't heat. (I didn't read that when booking although it may have been in the contract but why wouldn't the hot tub work? isn't that the point of a hot tub..to work when it is cold?). Sunday: received an email for check out responsibilities. Make sure you read and question if need be. It advises to wash all towels and throw in dryer prior to leaving. That's fine but if you intend on showering the morning you leave, get up earlier so you can do a load of laundry for the cleaning people prior to leaving. Collect all trash and dispose too. We are not sloppy people but know that the cleaning fee is a definite profit. Monday: check out is 10AM. We backed out at 10:12 and a Toyota Corolla was there waiting to already back in. Regardless of the response to this review just know it is honest and truthful. Owner needs new management and this place would be 5 out of 5.

I hate leaving negative reviews as I am the type to be very understanding to situations. The home was awesome. Nothing cheap and well appointed amenities. The management company just needs to put themselves in check especially with what I paid to rent the home. NA
