Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Villa Vilano”… a stunning and cozy oceanfront home with a HEATED and CHILLED pool and hot tub. . This 3-level home sleeps up to 14 and is located in the heart of Vilano Beach, just minutes from historic Downtown St. Augustine.

A few steps from the back porch isthe boardwalk that takes you down to beautiful Vilano Beach. Grab a boogie board, towel or beach chair and experience all that Vilano Beach has to offer. Make a coffee and take in the out-of-this-world sunrises that Vilano Beach is famous for! This property has a HEATED and CHILLED pool to enjoy perfect temperatures year round! There is a private hot tub for your enjoyment and direct private beach access to Vilano Beach.

As you walk into the home on the second floor, you will instantly see some of the wonderful work that was done during the remodel. The front door opens into the main living area and to some of the best views you will find of the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is comfy, with all new furniture and a large flat screen tv. It is an open concept, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space. A large island with a stove top and seating for 5 sits in the middle of the kitchen, surrounded by top of the line appliances and a round dining table for 5. There are two bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and a private outdoor patio. The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both of these rooms share a bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Off of the main room is a large balcony that looks out over the ocean. Here you will find plenty of lounging options for soaking up the sun. There is also an outdoor dining table for gathering friends and family after a long day out at the beach. Take the stairs outside down to the ground level and take a dip in the sparkling heated and chilled swimming pool and hot tub!

Make your way to the top floor to two master bedrooms…BOTH rooms have king beds and are beachside, with access to the fantastic patio. One of these rooms has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, single sink vanity and walk in closet. The other has a very large bathroom right outside the door. It has a double vanity, massive step in shower made for two, and large soaking tub!

You will find bedroom number five on the first level with walk-out access to the pool and to the beach! The access to this bedroom is off of the garage. It has a queen bed as well as a full fold out murphy bed and has its own bathroom with a walk in shower.

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 85º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temperatures are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa is manually operated. Once turned on it can be set to your desired temperature, below 104º

PET POLICY: This property is NOT pet friendly due to the owner having allergies. Bringing your pet without approval/paying this charge is subject to a penalty and cleaning charge of at least $750.

Security Camera Notice: The driveway and front of the home, as well as the back area have cameras for security and safety measures.

There is a sauna on this property but is only for owner use. This is not part of the rental.

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.

Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down the beach to find shark’s teeth, sand dollars, and an assortment of other sea shells

Visit one of the centerpieces of St Augustine, the Lightner Museum. The architecture of this building is nothing short of amazing, but is even better when seen during St Augustine’s “Nights of Lights” that really lights up this and all St Augustine’s buildings from mid November through the end of January. Discover the rich history of historic St. Augustine by visiting landmarks like the Old Jail Museum, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, The Bridge of Lions and Ponce De Leon’s Fountain of Youth.

Take a stroll down Magnolia Street where the cascading branches of the oak trees are so amazing that they have been featured in many publications, including National Geographic Magazine. St. George Street, a pedestrian only road in the heart of the historic district, is lined with charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Make sure to go to Anastasia State Park for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, birdwatching, and experience their pristine white sand beaches and vibrant history.

Head over to the St Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park and sign up for one of their many animal encounters. Get up close to them feed the alligators, crocodiles, Galapagos turtles, and also sloths. They offer educational shows, zip lines, and plenty of exhibits of native Florida wildlife.

Travel back in time, all the way to 1565 by walking through one of the 4 forts in St Augustine including Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, the oldest masonry fortification in the continental United States as well as Fort Matanzas National Monument, an historic Spanish fort located on Rattlesnake Island.
