The colonial styleis a house that is open, obviously is all gated but all areas of the house are facing the pool and garden areas, living room is an open area that you can sit and relax overlooking the pool area and Arenal Volcano, there is no walls between living room and pool area, so you will get a fresher house. This is the stile of houses dated from 1820 to 1920, mainly located in the lowlands of Guanacaste province, the owners use to live in Guanacaste and decided to create a similar villa with all the amenities of a Hotel.

The house is very spacious, comfortable, private, secluded and just 4 blocks away from the central park. The house is located just 4 blocks from downtown La Fortuna, there are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, A/C unit & Private bathroom
Bedroom 2: King sized bed and A/C unit
Bedroom 3: King sized bed and A/C unit
Bedroom 4: Two king size beds, A/C unit & Private bathroom

The house was remodeled on October 2022 adding the fourth bedroom and the swimming pool area, plus some others improvements.
