Villa Spain - Luxury, Sunsets & Heated Pool in the Heart of Cape Coral

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Spain in Cape Coral located we cannot express how delighted we were with our experience! The house itself is beautifully clean and spacious, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the tasteful decor adds a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning pool area. The sparkling blue water was an absolute invitation for a dip, and we spent countless hours lounging by the poolside soaking up the sun. Service can make or break a vacation, and the service we received from Bruno and Mary from Pretty Cape Homes was exceptional. They provided helpful tips about local attractions and dining options, making it easy for us to explore Cape Coral. Their commitment to service truly made us feel valued as guests, and we were grateful for their support throughout our stay.

My wife and I were in town for her birthday and to visit some friends. The house was great, as was the communication with the property managers. Would definitely rent again.

From rental process to checkout everything went well. That is due to the wealth of information and quick response provided by Bruno and Mary. The house is as advertised, no surprises. Comfortable, spacious, clean and stocked with all the household items needed. The accommodations met all of our needs and all occupants had a relaxing stay. You will be very happy staying at Villa Spain while in Cape Coral!

The house was better than expected. We wanted a relaxing getaway and this house was perfect for us. The kitchen was so well equipped, much better than other homes we have rented in the area. We had a minor issue with the water heater and someone was there within 30 minutes and fully addressed the issue. The house was very clean and had little things like games and TV trays to make it feel even more like home. The pool controls were very easy to use and the pool area was very clean as well. Thank you for such a wonderful place to call home for a week, we will definitely be back!

We loved this home and all it had to offer: fully stocked kitchen, games, books, pool, hot tub, enclosed patio, TVs & Rokus, comfy beds, quiet residential neighborhood, and basic starter necessities (Extra TP, a few laundry & dishwashing detergents, extra towels, coffee filters, seasonings, and some bottled water in the fridge.) Spacious, clean, tidy, modern, well lit, and comfortable. A great place to call home for a week. Tucked away from traffic and noise but still quite a convenient location. Grocery and drug stores, as well as several restaurants, are within a 2-3 min drive. About 30 min from the beach or other tours / attractions. We very much enjoyed our time and appreciated Mary and Bruno for sharing their space with others!

With so many illnesses still going around I came armed with loads of disinfectant cleaners. What a pleasant surprise the home was so clean felt comfortable moving in as is. We had a small issue and upon calling Mary it was immediately taken care of. We will be vacationing in Florida again and will look for properties managed by them. We found this property to be nicer than pictures, so all of our surprises were pleasent. Highly recommend
