Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay at 'Villa Sol Mate.' The pictures represent it well. Location was very close to Publix and Target for groceries and other needed items. Need to furnish your own toiletries (we usually bring our own anyway) though still needed to pick up additional liquid hand soaps for the baths and laundry detergent. A hairdryer is furnished which was convenient. House was very clean & nicely furnished. The reason we did not rate this higher was the dirty pool (even though note states pool is cleaned weekly). The bottom and sides of the pool were scummy (not just items floating in the pool which we would have cleaned). We did not use the pool at all which was unfortunate since we preferred this feature (and paid to have heated). Overall, nice house and nice stay just wish we could have utilized the pool.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It is a very comfortable home with all the amenities. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery etc. it is very clean and organized which is very important to me.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Every year my husband and I travel for our daughters birthday. This year she chose Legoland and we needed a place relatively close but not too busy. Being that my husband is military the time we get together is so very precious and we didn’t want to spend it in an overcrowded area. We found ourselves choosing between Fort Myers, Port Charlotte and Cape Coral & we quickly decided that Fort Myers was a little bit too busy for us. After seeing this beautiful home we decided on Cape Coral. We were a little skeptical because this listing only had 2 reviews opposed to some of the others that had 5 or more and being that we are traveling with our daughter who is very precious to us we were a little nervous. However we couldn’t be happier that we made the decision to book this home!!! ? From the moment we walked in the door everything was as pictured, actually the photos do it no justice the interior & exterior is beautiful! We were able to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday she love the pool just as she does at home but having it heated was definitely an extra bonus!! The neighbors were so polite & the neighborhood was very peaceful. It’s located close to so many grocery stores and restaurants it was easy to go and have lunch and dinner especially the twisted lobster, brunch at 10/25 and the Japanese steakhouse for hibachi! This home with equipped with everything you need and more! I’m guilty of traveling and not leaving a review but I felt necessary to leave one for this home! Don’t second-guess this home because it doesn’t have many reviews you will be losing out if you went any further! If you’re on this listing you should book it now!! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem this place is absolutely wonderful! We celebrated our daughters birthday with our family traditions in a family setting and it was everything we could’ve asked for! To the owners, thank you for your hospitality and for making your beautiful home available for traveling families!! Whenever we’re close to Cape Coral this will be our home away from home! ?♥️
