We were here as a family to celebrate my wife's birthday. Large open concept home with fun things to do. Close to downtown and highway 10 but far enough away to be out of the traffic. Very quiet and a nice neighborhood. Back yard is private with a small pool and hot tub. Narek was excellent about getting back to us when we had questions. We highly recommend this as a very nice play to stay.

Excellent host and location

What a nice home. Lots of room for everyone. The heated pool was great as were the hot tub, outside fire place, swing-set and putting green. The kids loved it. We only stayed two days but would’ve loved to have been there for more time.

Narek, our host, was very responsive to a couple of issues upon our arrival. The house was great. Backyard space was fantastic. We spent most of our time out there! Would rent again.

The rooms were perfect, everything was clean! Even the pool! We needed to get into the property earlier than i had originally planned and the host was able to make it happen, no questions asked. Every enjoyable experience!!

Very happy with our stay

We have a yearly summer trip with our friends. This year we decided to stay in Palm Springs. This house was perfect for our families. We truly enjoyed our stay here

Great home for family.

Property was perfect and exactly how the pictures portrayed! The host was great, and extremely easy to work with. It was perfect house for our group with plenty to do for everyone. Thank you Narek, we will definitely be back!

Two families traveling together for break. The house was perfect for our kids ranging from ages 7-15. Many games, activities, and the backyard was perfect. The weather was chillier than expected but the pool/hot tub warmed up nicely. Kids also had a blast in the game room.Host was easy to communicate with, and house was in an easily accessible location.

A great house for staying with family for the long weekend. Kids had fun with the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had good equipment since we cooked every meal.There was some airplane noise, but not noticeable in the house. Everyone loved the Poker room and there were lots of card games played around the table. There were some games on site as well. Be sure that all the play equipment is operational.

Great property in a great location! Narek was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time around the pool and would certainly book this property again.

This was the perfect house for a birthday celebration with just the girls. Less than 5 minutes from downtown and an easy drive to Joshua Tree, if you feel the need to leave the house. The house had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen and an amazing backyard. We hated to leave the pool for the few trips that we took. Narek was quick to respond to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house great accommodations

This property served as the perfect home base to explore Palm Springs. With a beautiful pool area and lots to do on the property, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy between trips to town. The neighborhood is nice and quiet - this property is great for a chill vacation. The space is equipped for larger groups with adequate seating and a well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!
