Stayed Aug 18, 2018Overall we had a good holiday at Casa Rosa Nautica. Sadly the stay was marred by the fact that the pool wasn’t working correctly. For several days we had various workmen visiting to attend to the pumps and filters . The cascading effect didn’t work and the lower children’s pool was completely still and dirty. There were insects swimming around in the main pool and the local birds regularly used it to clean and drink from. There were several power cuts isolated to the villa. The linen on one bed was dirty and after reporting this was changed on the first Sunday. There were a few lights not working in the outside areas which were rectified when reported. The dishwasher was not plugged in on our arrival, we plugged it in and it worked ok. A new dishwasher was delivered and installed later in the week. The villa and grounds are lovely but sadly let down by poor management . We as clients should not have to report dirty linen, broken lights and non working pool to the management company. All of these should be checked before our arrival and rectified.
