The property is very nice, comfortable and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful. The pool is situated so that it is shaded in the summertime afternoon. Yay! There is a large, covered patio fully stocked with 4 lounge chairs, a fire pit and a jacuzzi. The bedroom are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. We had a fun, relaxing stay and recommend this property.

Our dog friendly stay was wonderful! It was relaxing and the pool was very refreshing as well. Everything we needed was provided and the host, John, was easy to get in touch with. It was our second stay at this VRBO and we will definitely be back!

The house was bigger than it looks on the photos. We loved the pool/jacuzzi area.Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.

This was one of the best houses I have ever rented. It was soo clean I didn't feel like I needed to have my shoes on. The owner was so responsive I couldn't figure out the pool our first night and he took my call at like9pm to go over it. I would stay here again and again and again.

This property is very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a long term stay. It has a very nice yard that is private with a good sized pool/spa. John, the host, is excellent and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been great.

The host was great and very helpful. The location was great, facilities just what we wanted and we were very comfortable.

We enjoyed the community and its amenities.The unit we rented however is in need of a deep cleaning and replacement of kitchen supplies as they are not in good condition.The interior of the home needs carpet cleaning and/or replacement and is badly in need of painting.The refrigerator needs filters replaced and several of the window blinds are broken. Exterior of the home is very dirty and in need of pressure washing of the patio and garage floors. The artificial grass is matted and very dirty.I would not rent this unit again until it is refurbished.The unit is decorated nicely but the furniture is old and not very comfortable. The accent pillows are dirty and we had to wash throw blankets and the bathroom rug before using them.

Our host John was very responsive. This was our 2nd stay at this property and we plan to return. The property was very clean and the location is quiet, which is important to us.

My wife and I were in La Quinta for the Ironman event. The place we stayed at was excellent! The location was great, and all of the comforts and amenities were provided. Great beds, a well appointed kitchen, clean bathrooms with an abundance of towels. I could go on, but the best part of our stay? The pool and hot tub, hands down!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this La Quinta home! The house was spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The pool area was the highlight—beautiful, clean, and with plenty of shaded spots for lounging throughout the day. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made check-in and communication effortless. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place for a getaway retreat. The condo has everything you need. And the backyard really was a nice oasis to hang out and enjoy the sun. The garage parking was too small for my large SUV, but parking in front of the garage is available so it wasn’t an issue. The gated front entrance made us feel secure as well. Overall would def recommend

We celebrated husband's 60th with our adult children, fun by the pool during the day and Stagecoach at night. A perfect place to stay, well stocked kitchen, great bbq, comfortable beds. All was great!

House was extremely clean and as advertised. Very reliable communication with John made the stay easy with check-in/outs. Great place to stay with friends or family. Lovely backyard. House is in a beautiful subdivision and it was quiet at all hours. Parking was convenient for guests. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family (4 adults and two children under 4) spent a delightful week at this well equipped home in La Quinta. The house is roomy, well laid out and quiet. We stayed in the master on the main floor and never heard the grandchildren playing upstairs. The beds are comfy and firm and the towels were nice and thick. The high chair was very much appreciated along with the multiple options for blenders and coffee makers! We didn't visit the exercise room or use the communal pools or courts - our pool was more than enough for us to enjoy. The house has enough shade plus two umbrellas so you can actually enjoy the outside and not get fried by the sun. We totally enjoyed hanging out with our grandchildren at Villa Puerta Azul!
