Villa Palms/Villa Charm with Pool - Dual Property/Adjacent Rental

Amazing from the moment we arrived!! Gifts and fresh flowers waiting with a big emphasis on welcoming our dog. Everything was clean and organized. Beautiful bedrooms and spacious bathrooms with tubs and showers. Clean and warm pool with hot tub. Lots of towels! Enjoyed the infrared sauna as well!! Kitchen fully stocked with everything imaginable plus lots of spices. Front porches were a place we gathered lots. Huge TV in family rooms! Nice space for our 13 family members to cook, eat and gather. Close proximity to beautiful beach, shopping, coffee shop and pizza. 25 minutes to Savannah. Tony is a responsive and thoughtful host. Would definitely stay again for Tybee island travel!! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful vacation! Our 15 person group stayed at the villas for a week in late June, and it was perfect for a multi-family getaway. Renting both units made for the perfect amount of togetherness, but also gave us plenty of space to spread out, which was essential during nap time/varied schedules for the littles. The pool was an amazing group hangout space, and we could have spent all week out there. Tony was a wonderful, attentive host. He was ready to help with any questions we had, and had prepared so many special, personal touches for our arrival. The location of the home was perfect as well. Just a short walk to the sound where we saw dolphins breaching at all hours of the day, and also a short walk to the coffee shop/pizza/a cute dive bar which had great live music. The location was also super convenient to get off the island and head to Savannah and other mainland grocery shopping/conveniences. Would highly recommend the Villas to anyone traveling to Tybee/Savannah!

We rented this property to celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday. The manager/owner was wonderful to work with, answered every question promptly and even gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to go. The houses are beautiful and well stocked. We loved the pool and it was the favorite spot for everyone!!

We rented both homes for our family thanksgiving. With ages from 72 down to new born. The photos do not do the property justice, its very clean, well managed, has everything you could need in the kitchen, the pool area is perfect for hanging out with a full kitchen and TV out there, the host was above and beyond for us, checking in and answering any questions we had. We will be back to rent this property again for sure. Other perks, walking from the houses is a gorgeous beach and well kept public tennis courts!! Lots of cute local shops close by and bars/ restaurants. The lighthouse/ museum and other local attractions were fun for all ages as well. But you really nevr need to leave the VRBO as it has it all. Dont forget there is a hot tub, roof top and sauna. We only stayed for 5 days but I would have stayed 2 weeks! Thank you Tony, hope to see you again soon!

Villa Palm and Villa Charm were the perfect set up for the bridal party! Boys in this house… girls in the other! And so many amenities to share for everyone to have the best time! Owner was very pleasant and kept us informed as needed (hurricane Milton) preceding our stay. The best weekend ever!

Men’s weekend was amazing at this place. Tony was a gracious host and his property is top notch. Loved the atmosphere and the accommodations. Pool is exquisite

This was a great property, and the owner was easy to work with. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of games for the kids, a nice pool, and everything we needed. It's in a quiet part of town, close to a quiet beach with lots of breaching dolphins to watch. One drawback was the many stairs up and down to the 2 Villas, but we did know about them before we rented.

This property is everything I expected from reading the previous reviews. Easily 5 stars! Tony is an attentive, but non-intrusive, property owner, making it his goal to make your stay comfortable and fun. The homes are arranged in a way that allowed our 4 adult chlldren and their young ones to have a bit of privacy, room for pack and plays, yet come together for fun at the pool and nearby beach. We visited the other beaches in the area as well, which were crowded, but had bigger waves for the older grands. Fun for al!. Thanks Tony!

Property was all that was advertised and more. Host was very kind and accommodating. Outdoor kitchen wasn't shown when we made reservation but was a great hit and used several times. The pool and pool bar were also great hits! Family enjoyed playing their music from their phones through the stereo in the bar. Hot tub was used by several on different nights to relax from all the fun.
