The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a dishwasher, and generous bench space, making it easy to cater for everything from casual breakfasts to shared evening meals.



Featuring two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, the property is ideally suited to couples travelling together, small families, or guests seeking additional privacy and convenience. Each bedroom is designed as a peaceful retreat, complete with quality bedding, soft furnishings, and plenty of natural light.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement
