Villa on the beach - House Marija

We spent a wonderful week in July in this perfect holiday home directly at the seaside. The location is wonderful and the house is one of a kind. Thank you to the owners - we would love to come back. I already recommended this property to my best friends.

The house was set in a wonderful location. We could go running to a close penisuela. Biking in the city. Private beach, quiet evenings. Perfect.

Marija and Darko are unique, as is their house by the sea! Our expectations were far exceeded. The welcome and care during our stay was very cordial. The house is very clean and modern (as in the photos). Everything was there, we did not miss anything. Arrived and the holiday could start immediately. In an absolutely fantastic location. After 7 days we all (adults, teenagers and children) unanimously decided that this was the perfect holiday for us. Unfortunately too short. We will be back next year.

Excellent standard of presentation and extremely clean. The photos say a thousand words! It is perfect in every way! This house is very unique as there are no other beachfront houses. Very private, secure and close to everything. The addition of bicycles is a fabulous touch as it is a very bicycle friendly area. The owners are very nice people. Thank you Marija and Darko for sharing your fantastic house! We would definitely return and highly recommend.

We enjoyed the house very much with our family. It is located directly at the sea in a quiet atmosphere. Great to relax. The house is well equiped so that you feel like home and you do not miss anything. It is completely renovated in a very modern style and matched perfect our expectations. The owners are very friendly and helpful, so that we felt very comfortable and served best the whole time. We loved to stay there.

The owners description on the website including the pictures reflect the reality. We were the first ones to enjoy a wonderful place after its complete renovation. It was clean and is tastefully decorated , very nicely furnished and equipped at upscale standard. Two modern bathrooms with showers. Everything was there in the house: WIFI, a fully equiped kitchen incl. cooking utensils, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, oven, air condition and heating, four flat TV screens (satellites: german, english channels), we loved it ! Also a BBQ Webber is available which we used every day. Nice neighborhood it is very quiet. A coffee bar and two restaurants (basic food) are in walking distance. Two bicycles are available to reach the nearby shop (small supermarket) or to explore the surroundings. The property has a nice garden and is protected by a large gate and a seperate door and therefore only accessible by the guests. It makes you feel save. Location is just perfect just on the waterfront. An early swim before breakfast is highly recommended . The views from the terraces are just amazing! The owners Marija and Darko were very helpful with tipps and hints for excursions. We highly recommend this place and will consider coming back on another holiday. Remark: maybe less suitable for families with small children due to the stairs that connect the ground and first floor and the other one leading to the waterfront.
