Villa Oasis - Beautiful Pool Home on a Gulf Access Canal with Spa

We had a good stay overall. Some minor issues with things not working but the biggest issue was the hot tub not getting hot. The maintenance guy was very helpful getting it running tru text messages but I shouldn’t have to do that. The pool service guy was also extremely helpful giving me information about how the whole system works. The washing machine did not work on normal settings but heavy duty worked. After weighing the good and the bad I can’t say for sure if I’d stay again.

The property was clean and well maintained. Communication with owner and contact person was easy. Spa and pool were clean and temperature was warm. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby.

Everything was easy and pleasant about our stay. Great property, location and easy communication with host.

Our family loved our stay in Cape Coral! This home was super clean and had everything we needed! We spent many hours chilling in the huge pool and hot tub!

The home was gorgeous, very clean, organized, lots of items to cook with & a very warm pool sooo relaxing. Bonus we saw a Manatee, Burrowing Owls next door, 2 bikes to ride, fishing poles, pool toys & cooler and able to park in the garage. New appliances that are in great working order. Lots of table space. We loved the couches gorgeous & comfortable. The host was very responsive throughout the process & easy to work with. Great location too! Note: Be careful with the refrigerator door so it doesn't damage the owners property....it opens very far hitting the counter or person standing behind it.

The house was very spacious with large rooms, high ceilings, and plenty of table/dining areas. The yard was nicely landscaped, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and being able to have coffee and dinners on the lanai. We noticed two burrowing owl nesting sites designated just down the street and even saw a pair of owls at one of the sites. The owner was responsive to our inquiries. We were grateful for the basic items in the kitchen (spices, paper towel, dish soap, etc.) and also for the beach items (umbrella) in the garage. Great trip!

This property was amazing. My children and I was here for a week and loved every minute of it. The house had plenty of space for everyone and kids didn't want to leave the pool.

A perfect home for family and large groups.

We have rented many homes in the Cape Coral area and this one was one of the best. We had no major issues and Andrea was very responsive with our questions. We would rent this house again.

House was clean and pool/spa was very enjoyable. Nice view of the canal and close to shopping and groceries.
