Everything about this stay was incredible. The place was extremely clean, the pictures of the view and the interior do not do it justice. There is more room than we thought, there is everything you could possibly need to cook with. Barbara was awesome with communication, accommodating anything we asked for. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed!

Host was very welcoming and attentive to any issues that may arise. Also the views from Villa Nirvana are spectacular and give a capm and peacefulness sitting out on the deck.

Yes we loved the place. It had everything we needed and more. Beds wets so comfy. We loved the retro vibe with all the beautiful furniture The view is beautiful and hiking was nearby.

Beautiful home with spectacular view from all 3 deck areas! Close to downtown Hendersonville, Brevard and flat rock. The owner and manager were both very welcoming and ready to help if any issues. We will def stay here again if in the area!

I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed this property. The view is PHENOMENAL and the house is beautiful with just about everything that you need. The bed is comfortable and we really enjoyed the fireplace. It’s fairly close to town and the drive is pretty easy (I never went up or down the private, narrow mountain road). Lots of great hiking nearby. The owner is very easy to get in contact with and super responsive if you need anything. I’m looking forward to rebooking my stay when it warms up a little bit. Thank you so much!

This property capitalizes on the view, constantly changing during the day. The owners also share an amazing collection of mid-century furniture art, and magazines. Property was exactly as described, Barbara was promptly receptive and a pleasure to work with. The drive to both Hendersonville and Brevard was pleasant and easily navigated. We would recommend this lovely property.

Villa Nirvana is a great place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The house is perfect for two couples or a single couple with two kids. Beds were very comfortable, and the home is well-equipped to meet any needs. In fact, of the recent rentals we've had, this house was better appointed than all of those homes. The view is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the deck sipping coffee and and enjoying idle conversation. The house is not far from Hendersonville, which has a great downtown, and the access road to the home was paved and easy to negotiateIf you want to get away to the mountains and have a relaxing stay, Villa Nirvana won't disappoint. We plan to stay again next year.

Villa Nirvana has the most amazing view!!! The house is absolutely beautiful and so much to look at and enjoy! We cannot wait to visit again. Perfect vacation and anniversary celebration for us and our pup!

Villa Nirvana exceeded our expectations. The views from the wrap-around deck were postcard perfect. The house is at the top of a mountain ridge, and there’s only one other house on that part of the road, so it feels secluded. We’ve had cabins in the Smoky Mountains and we’ve vacationed in the Alps, and the views and sunrises/sunsets from Villa Nirvana are equally as spectacular if not superior to those. The varying hues of blue with each successive mountain range are a sight to behold, especially with the brilliant coral of the rising or setting sun illuminating them. A huge bonus was the mud-century modern aesthetic of the home. The homeowners have taken great care to decorate the home consistent with that style, and it greatly enhances the experience. There’s a lot to do in the surrounding towns from outdoor adventures to historic sites, the arts, and shopping, but we were reluctant to leave Villa Nirvana and all it has to offer.

Place was exactly as described. Quiet area, gorgeous view. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Host and property manager were very nice and very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay there again.

Staying here was just perfect for my husband and me. The house was bright and cheery, decorated in with all Mid-Century Modern furniture and amenities. Life, Look, and Saturday Evening Post period magazines were fun to browse through. This cabin’s main attraction, though, is the wrap around deck and screened porch. The panoramic view is truly amazing. Barbara, the hostess, was very responsive to my questions. 10 stars out of 10!

Villa Nirvana has one of the best views around from the sky deck. The house has been updated and is high quality throughout. The owner and property manager responded very quickly to questions we had. This is a place you will want to return to again and again.

Great location. If you are looking a place to chill out, with a beautiful view, this is it!

Property was true to the listing. The view from the deck is absolutely amazing. We stayed for seven days. If you plan properly and stock up on supplies, you'd never have to leave the place with the views and amenities located in the house. Lots of older magazines to peruse and such a chic vibe with all the decorating and furniture. The place is so relaxing and inviting.Although we could have been perfectly content never leaving the premises... the wife and dog did some hiking at Dupont State Forest while I explored the park on my mountain bike. On the bike... Rocky Ridge, Big Rock, and Ridgeline trails are must do rides. If you only have time for one ride, hit Ridgeline. That trail is like riding a Speeder Bike on Endor. We also visited some waterfalls at the Park. The Park is about 20 minutes away.We also enjoyed the attached tiny neighboring property on the table by the grill on the deck. Villa Squirrelvana is highly entertaining. Just set a few peanuts (provided by the host) on the table, go inside the house, and wait. It doesn't take long for the squirrels to arrive.

This was our second time staying at Villa Nirvana and it was just as we remembered. The home is lovely and offers a spectacular view from every room. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided. It was the perfect get away!

The house was nice, but definitely musty/moldy smelling if you're sensitive to that. There wasn't anywhere to take a walk from the house without driving. The view from the deck is spectacular, with neighbors on either side. The deck didn't seem safe for younger kids, and the railing was wobbly (not a problem for us, just a heads-up for families). The decor is nice. I could see this place being a great fit for some people, maybe if you're throwing a dinner party or weekend with that kind of vibe. We ended up leaving early since we live in the area and weren't enjoying it more than a weekend at home. Hosts didn't do anything wrong, and the listing was accurate, we just realized that for a mountain stay to be nice for us, we want walks from the house, a nice bathtub or hot tub, and fresh air.

I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was easy. There was a lot of information on things to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again!!

This is our third time staying here and, as usual, the house is a fun 50’s decor with a gorgeous view. The owner has made it very easy to stay and enjoy.

We had a wonderful visit for our second time back with our dogs! Still beautiful views and a relaxing stay! Can’t wait until next time!

Everything you could possibly need is in the house and the host is very receptive including the warm welcome of a bottle of wine and thank you note.
