Villa Nika offers a private holiday stay for four guests and two children

Residents of the village Muntrilj are mostly engaged in agricultural activities. Muntrilj is located 14 km away from the city of Pazin, which is the administrative center of the Istrian County, and 21 km away from the popular tourist destination the city of Porec.

The 28 square meter outdoor swimming pool with small spa pool is surrounded with beach area equipped with outdoor chaise lounges. Swing set for children is situated near the terrace and pool.

An air-conditioned open plan living room with dining area and kitchen is on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and kettle. A separate toilet with the washing machine is also on the ground floor. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (which can also be separated into 2 separate beds) are on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Guests have at their disposal free wireless internet, satellite TV, barbecue, safety box, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, sofa bed in the living room, and high chair and cot on request.

The private parking is available for two cars. Pets are not allowed.
