Cocoonr offers you this charming 140 m² villa to rent, located in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Just a stone's throw from the ocean and the attractions of the famous seaside resort, this residence offers the ideal setting for a convivial stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is made up as follows

- A large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV
- A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) with a convivial dining area opening onto the garden
- A first master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), dressing room and en-suite shower room
- A second master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en suite shower room
- A third comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
A third modern and independent bathroom

Exterior:
- An enclosed garden with a sunny terrace for al fresco dining, a pool house with outdoor furniture and a covered area to store your surfboards or bikes.
- A heated swimming pool with movable floor (open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September) with adjustable depth to suit all uses: safe paddling pool for children, swimming pool or full terrace once fully raised
