VILLA MADO FURNISHED HOLIDAY HOME (3*** tourism classification)

Great little property in a quiet location, just off the main road. Very private and secure, which was a bonus as we took out 2 dogs and never had to worry about them escaping. Supermarket was 5 mins away, beach about 15/20 mins. Some lovely restaurants near by and the property had everything we needed to make it our home for almost 2 weeks. We will definitely go back again, in the future.

Superb facilities

Spotless and spacious accommodation with everything you could possibly need to make a pleasant holiday. Beds were comfortable, shower efficient and plenty of hot water at all times. Proprietor left many useful ‘gifts’ - from large bottles of water to small packs of tissues, with a variety of stuff in between. We had a great time and can heartily recommend it to others.

This was our second visit to this lovely and well equipped property. The secluded and self-contained location is peaceful yet within easy reach of the seafood stalls (our priority!), a good boulangerie, the SuperU and various restaurants. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome again. Another enjoyable stay. Thank you.

The bungalow has everything you could possibly need. We relaxed immediately we arrived. Didier is the perfect host. We were able to treat the place like home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The area is fabulous with lots of beautiful beaches within a short drive. Security at the property was amazing. Electric blinds, electric gates, alarm all made you feel really secure while staying there. Our 2 German Shepherds were made really welcome. EXCELLENT all round.

An excellent little property in a peaceful and secluded location. The bungalow is superbly equipped including expensive electronics and many personal touches such as dressing gowns that you generally only find in good quality hotels or guest houses. Didier was on hand to welcome us and speaks excellent English. The well-stocked kitchen ensured that we were able to cook and enjoy our favourite local mussels snd oysters, but there are two restaurants within walking distance if you prefer to eat out. We had a very enjoyable week exploring some of our favourite haunts in the southern Vendee.

This bungalow had everything you could want and spare Mr Didier was extremely kind the food and drink that was in the house would have feed an army The TV and video took a bit of understanding I don’t think l would have put such expensive equipment in a holiday let The area is superb l hope l left it as nice has l found it thank you again for a lovely holiday

This is not an average holiday let, it is much better, We have never stayed anywhere that was so well equipped and comfortable. Didier, the owner, was there when we arrived and showed us round. He was very welcoming and even invited us to help ourselves to the contents of his very well stocked drinks cupboard. The property is dog-friendly with a large, secure garden. There are also several nice walks nearby. The area is very peaceful and it was lovely to sit out on the terrace.
