Enjoy space, tranquility, and comfort in this stylish villa in the green surroundings of Zutendaal, ideal for a stay with up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a seating area, TV, and dining table – perfect for long evenings together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a practical storage room with a washing machineand dryer. Everything is provided for a carefree and comfortable stay.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. Two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, one of which is extra luxurious with a bathtub and air conditioning. There is also a separate toilet. This layout makes the villa perfect for families or groups of friends: enjoy time together with sufficient privacy for everyone.

Outside, a spacious garden of no less than 3,000 m² awaits, where you can fully relax. Take a dip in the heated private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open from April to early November), relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy long evenings on the terrace with a barbecue and lounge set. Your dogs are also welcome. The location in Zutendaal, in the heart of the Hoge Kempen National Park, makes this the ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling tours and trips to Genk and Maastricht, among other places.
