Stayed Jun 29, 2022Playa Blanca is a lovely part of Lanzarote and this villa is well located for all the shops, bars & restaurants of the Marina Rubicon. It is a lovely walk to the other parts of town. Great to have a driveway at the property if you bring a car. The villa is a reasonable size for a small family, lovely outdoor seating area & everything you need inside for cooking light meals. The pool felt a bit cold as it is not heated and there is no cover so there was some dirt, bugs etc overnight. The bathroom could benefit from some refurbishment but the beds and sofas were comfortable & the villa was clean. We would stay here again if we were in the area on holiday.
