Description

Here you can enjoy pure relaxation. A large house of modern construction with a fascinating sea view is available for two or three families (9 people + baby).
It is air conditioned throughout, heated and has multiple bathrooms.
Parking for several cars or two-wheelers as well as a private driveway are available.
The high-speed Internet can be used perfectly via satellite (Starlink!) and WLAN throughout the house. It is suitable for streaming and video conferencing.
TV in almost every room with German and international satellite TV; Netflix and Amazon Prime can be used with your own account.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is available.
It is about 800 meters to walk to the beach.
The house is located directly between the towns of San Remo and Imperia. To both places along the sea leads a flat bike path, bike rentals are on site.

Lovely property, overlooking the sea not far from San Remo on the Ligurian coast. Host was very helpful throughout and communicated everything we required. Villa was great for our group of 6 friends - 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave some flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and living areas were very clean and well provisioned when we arrived - great coffee machine. Many excellent restaurants and cafes in the area and several shops and supermarkets for provisions. I found the mattress a little hard, but that was a minor issue. Pool was also great. We visited during a period of very hot weather, so we really appreciated the air conditioning throughout the house. Overall a great week in a beautiful spot.
