The spacious open-plan living and dining space isideal for spending quality time together. The seating area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and several couches and large, flat-screen TV. Glass doors open onto the shaded terrace, which is designed to be used as a dining area for meals al fresco. Guests can also relax on the sun loungers and armchairs, overlooking the private swimming pool.

Back indoors, the dining table is on a slightly higher level, up a couple of steps, next to the sleek, modern kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, Dolcegusto coffee maker, toaster and a fridge/freezer.

The large covered terrace leads to the private swimming pool. Guests can relax on the sun loungers nearby after a refreshing dip. The villa also has a roof terrace with sea views. Furnished with a table and chairs, it is the ideal spot for sundowners.

Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has access to the roof terrace.

Both of the modern bathrooms are on the ground floor. One bathroom includes a full bath with a shower and the other has a shower. Each has a basin and a WC.
