This home boasts comfortable seating inside and out, flexible sleeping arrangements, VERY fast & free WiFi. There is the brand new Amazon Fresh grocery store which you HAVE to check out less than 5 min away! Also, with perfect freeway access to the 101 Freeway which will take you to visit everything in and around Los Angeles.

The house is spread out on a single floor with an amazing and modern brand new kitchen which makes cooking a joy with a large dining table for 6 people with additional kitchen counter seating for 2 people, which is open to the adjacent living room.

A bright Large Suite with a personal 4K Smart TV with a KING SIZED bed. For the other 3 guest bedrooms, two have Queen Sized beds and one of the bedrooms has two TWIN Sized beds.

Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include the large Crate and Barrel sleeper SOFA BED in the living room which is convertible to a Queen bed. There is also a twin sized rollaway mattress bed which can be used if needed.

The kitchen is fully stacked and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay great for the entire group, including a full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine to make sure that everyone's happy. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor in the backyard you also have Weber BBQ gas grill, equipped with all the utensils needed for you to enjoy.

A brand new and very strong Central HVAC controlled by a Nest Smart Thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.

You have driveway parking for up to 5 cars and then additional parking on the street right outside the house.

The living room boasts a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows on your favorite streaming services, local channels, etc. and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (100+ Mbps) for all of our guests which covers the entire property with our mesh network system coverage. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!

The clean and sparkling Swimming Pool is the central focal point of course with seating and chairs for sunbathing all around. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely! Small pets or animals are allowed. We respect all of our guests including those who have allergies, however, small pets less than 20 pounds are allowed, but please notify us beforehand of the size and breed so that the property can be thoroughly cleaned up for our future guests with pet allergies.

The bedrooms ALL have top of the line Beautyrest and Sealy mattresses, with high quality bedding, and clean high quality linens and sheets to ensure you get a good night's rest. In addition, there are 4K Smart TVs in every bedroom, and I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so outlet plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps, as well as outlets throughout the entire house.

* Bedroom #4 - Two TWIN sized beds, top of the line Sealy mattresses and bedding, with a 50” Samsung 4K Smart TV, along with a sleeper sofa that converts into a Twin sized bed. Numerous and convenient outlets for charging your devices throughout the room.

* Living Room (SOFA BED) - For sleeping in the common areas you have one comfortable Crate and Barrel QUEEN sized sofa bed, with a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TV, as well as a TWIN rollaway bed with a mattress.

Total beds are: one King bed, two Queen beds, two Twin sized beds, plus plus one Queen sized sofa bed in the living room, a Twin sleeper sofa in one of the bedrooms, along with a Twin rollaway bed and mattress.
