Stayed Dec 27, 2022Excellent property, very clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked for 8. Lots of extra towels and bedding. Great location for Scottsdale events and easy access for travel further. Matches VRBO pictures and descriptions accurately. Easy checkin and no need to contact anyone as had no problems.

Stayed May 13, 2022A group of girlfriends and I stayed at Villa K for a long weekend and could not have been more satisfied. The house was exceptionally clean, had plenty of towels (a huge feat for a group of 8 girls!), was close in proximity (walking distance or a short uber) to everything we did in Scottsdale and overall made our trip a 10/10. Communication with the property managers was extremely easy and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Scottsdale!!

Stayed Feb 21, 2022Smooth rental experience. Very good house. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. We had one small issue with a door, and the owner came right over and fixed it immediately. Very good service! I would definitely rent again.
