Villa Grande | Iconic 7BR Waterfront Home w/ Pools, Marina + Private Beach

We spent spring break at this property and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a group stay.The layout worked wonderfully for two families. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet the shared areas were large and comfortable so we could all gather for meals, games, and relaxing together. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and having multiple bathrooms made mornings and bedtime easy, even with a larger group.The home was spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. The outdoor space was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee and unwinding in the evenings.The location was ideal for a spring break getaway: close to activities, restaurants, and attractions, but still peaceful when we wanted downtime. The kids had a blast, and the adults loved having such a comfortable place to come back to each day.The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and clearly experienced. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear, and we always felt well taken care of.We left with great memories and are already talking about returning. We’d highly recommend this property to any families looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay.

This home is truly amazing! It has the privacy of a home with the amenities of a condo. The home is impeccably designed and decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. The main patio was an awesome place for meals/cocktails while watching our kids play in the sand just steps away. We were able to pull our boat into a slip directly in front of the house. The lazy river, indoor pool, and fitness center were really nice to have access to. We felt very secure in the walled in compound w private gated access to the home. This is not an ordinary beach home, it is an estate, built and finished to an incredible level. The commercial ice maker was convenient for filling our coolers prior to beach and boat days. We definitely prefer the views from the Bay over the Beach. Watching the fishing boats come in and looking out to “party island” were some of the highlights of our trip. The sound system was very cool. The location is unsurpassed. I would highly recommend this home for any family gathering, well worth the price.
