Villa for 8 with 360' view, walking distance BEACH, solarium, Pool.

Eve and Tonnis were perfect hosts. Tonnis met us at the house and was very pleasant and gave great advice on restaurants and things to do. The house was perfect!! All of the advertised amenities were better than anticipated. The location is perfect! We were able to easily walk to the beach, drive to restaurants in the center of town and take a few day trips. I’d live to stay there again!!!

Located in a quiet area of Cabo Pino with 15 minute walk to the beach. Good bars and Marina. Just lacking a decent supermarket near by.

We loved the terrace it’s perfect for long dinners in the sunset. Also the grill was a nice touch to it. The pool was deep so that was nice but it is not connected with the house, you have to go around. Overall a we had a great time and a super helpful host!

Ava was amazing! She responded to every question and concern we had in a timely manner, and she was very friendly. She made suggestions about how to get where we needed to go, or things to see. As for the property, our group of eight adults - some family and some friends - had plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. The property is in a great location! It’s walkable to the beach, pool, a small grocery store, and a few restaurants as well. We had two cars, so having parking included was very convenient! We placed one in the garage and parked the other on the street. We definitely enjoyed our beach days, but we were also able to drive to the border with Gibraltar, to the ferry that took us to Morocco, and to the mountains to hike the Caminito del Rey. Aside from the location, the property was clean, spacious, and had great views. The rooftop gathering area was beautiful and there was a nice sun protected sitting area outside on the main level. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to sleep all eight of us. There was air conditioning available, but we only used it at night, since we could open plenty of doors and windows to get cross breezes during the day. I highly recommend this location for your next vacation! Marbella and its surrounding areas paired with Ava’s property will set you up for a great experience!
