Stayed May 22, 2023Beautiful area and very close to many sites. Property manager was very helpful. Close to some of the best restaurants on the island.

Stayed Jul 1, 2021On the positive side, the house has the best view on the island, just fabulous. The property manager Francisco couldn't be nicer, more helpful, accommodating and more professional. I recommend him completely. Marina, is lovely, meticulous and cleaned the house weekly and perfectly. On the negative side, the house is dated, the beds are terrible, linens of poor quality and the furniture is old, musty and uncomfortable. The water pressure and heat in the showers is poor and difficult to control. And, not part of the listing, is the fact that there is a family living in the lower level. Had I been told that, I would not have rented the house. They are paying 10% of what I paid. This is really unacceptable. And if you like your privacy DON'T rent this property. On the n

Stayed Jun 16, 2018This is a lovely house with a completely equipped kitchen and amenities. Francisco, the property manager was excellent to follow up on emails and messages from the time of booking and during our stay. He was also most helpful suggesting a local car rental company, arranging for a whale watching excursion and suggesting some delicious restaurants. Although the decor is slightly outdated, there is a beautiful sunroom, the most iincredible views of the hillsides, farms and ocean, and lovely flower gardens. The house was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the welcome basket of local products and great coffee to start us off. We also appreciated the opportunity to check in early. Thank you Francisco for making our stay most enjoyable.
