Our house is located in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in a preferred location, on the beach of Fleesensee, between Berlin, Rostock and Hamburg. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Mecklenburg, the wonderful tranquility in the original landscape, top-class golf courses and a wide range of leisure and sports opportunities.

The holiday home has a living space of 155 m², a year-round outdoor whirlpool, sauna, Sky TV, gas fireplace, 2 wellness baths, 3 bedrooms (4th Bedroom canbe booked for an additional charge of 25 € / night), home cinema system, WiFi and a fenced property.

The Villa Fleesenstrand on the Fleesensee is furnished with attention to exclusive details and offers plenty of space for wellness and relaxation.

The luxurious leather sofas in the living area invite you to relax in front of the exclusive gas fireplace. Home theater systems with Dolby Surround and Sky Bundesliga as well as books, board games and a small DVD and music CD collection are available for you in the living room.

The stylish and high quality house has digital satellite / TV and flat screen TV in living and sleeping areas.

The open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and convection oven is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, even for ambitious hobby chefs.

The two bathrooms have Raindance wellness showers and real glass shower cubicles. The bathroom on the upper floor is also equipped with a bathtub. The cozy Finnish wooden sauna is also in the upper bathroom. The balcony with its opaque railing is ideal for steaming off after the sauna.

The outdoor whirlpool heated to 37 degrees all year round with 35 hydromassage jets and multi LED lamps is available to you in any weather.

The floors are fully equipped with high quality tiles. Underfloor heating in all rooms, living room ventilation system with heat recovery and active pollen filter, roller shutters (partially electrical) and fly screens ensure a balanced and healthy room climate.

A lockable wooden shed, rattan furniture for the terrace, two sun loungers and an outdoor grill are included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels as well as extra beds are chargeable, cots and high chairs can be booked free of charge. W-LAN internet is available free of charge. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner and a clothes horse are available. Pets are not allowed.

Up to 4 parking spaces are located right next to the house. There is also an outside safe for handing over the keys, as well as a small safe inside the house for the safe storage of your valuables.

The island town of Malchow is only about 6 km away and can be easily reached by bike, for example to eat ice cream or a delicious fish sandwich on the swing bridge that was built in 2013.

The city of Waren on Germany's largest inland lake is about 24 km away. Goods can be reached by boat via Fleesensee and Kölpinsee, by bike (bike rental in town) or by car. Various restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, outlet stores are nearby. The Müritz National Park, the monkey forest with summer toboggan run, a large freshwater aquarium, a climbing forest or the bear forest are interesting excursion destinations.

5 golf courses with 72 holes (3 x 18 holes, 2 x 9 holes) in the immediate vicinity guarantee variety and the right challenge for all skill levels. The golf club is home to the golf school of ex-national coach Oliver Heuler.
