Villa Cosy, Pool, Spa, Relaxation Area (Sauna & Hammam) 8 km from the beaches!

Beautiful house, in excellent condition that is very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and and the furnishings very comfortable. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was there, including two types of coffee maker. Rural property but very close to good boulangeries and supermarkets.

A Peaceful, Luxurious Escape in a Beautiful Rural SettingWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. The location felt delightfully rural and peaceful, yet everything we needed - shops, restaurants, and other amenities were just a 10–15 minute drive away. There is a little town within walking distance, complete with a small playpark, which was perfect for a quick stroll to entertain our wee one.The outdoor space was a real highlight, absolutely huge, making it ideal for our dogs who had the best time running around and playing fetch. The pool and hot tub were both fantastic, and the outdoor seating area was beautifully lit in the evenings, creating a lovely atmosphere for relaxing or dining outside.There are also plenty of beaches just a short drive away, giving us lots of options for day trips and coastal walks — a real bonus!Inside, the villa was just as stunning as the photos suggested. The sauna and hammam added a real touch of luxury and made the whole experience feel like a private spa retreat. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully presented.Eric, the host, was lovely—friendly and responsive which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to upgrade or improve the sofa for a bit more comfort — but honestly, that’s the only thing we could think of. Everything else was perfect.Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in style and comfort — we’d definitely return!

Fantastic property in great location. Villa was just the ticket for 4 Ladies enjoying a cycling holiday in the region. Villa Cosy was well designed with everything we could have wanted inc. pool and hot tub, perfect following cycling. 8km from coast, Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux were great places to visit as well as Dinan & Saint Brieuc.Eric the host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

We arrived in a heatwave, and so the pool was an absolute delight, the villa has absolutely everything you need, ( a fan would have been useful in the bedroom's) we were warmly welcomed by Eric, who was on hand for any issues. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the grounds also immaculately cared for. The area is extremely quiet and rural, lots of local markets to go to, and we didn’t think very busy, easy to get to from St Malo off the boat for anyone from the UK also. We would definitely return for another stay.

Me, my fiancé and our two dogs stayed the week and felt very at home. It’s well designed, furnished and has everything you need. The small touches are especially nice, even down to the segregated bins in the kitchen for recycling, making everything just that bit easier during your stay. The dogs LOVED the garden space, perfect for playing fetch! The outdoor pool is a nice and comfortable temperature, which given we stayed when it started to get cooler was a nice experience. The hot tub and saunas are great. The beds are extremely comfortable, you have quite a job getting out of them in the morning! If you like a chilled and peaceful place to stay, away from the busier more built up places, this is for you. Eric is a lovely host, who is only a message away should you need him, but not at all imposing. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Everything to relax and enjoy is there… Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna. Also the Rest of the Villa is very good organised. The area is also amazing, 4000qm!!! Unbelievable. Eric was also very kind and reacted very fast. Thx a lot - we will come again T&R

We spent a wonderful time in the villa cosy. The villa is equiped perfectly (the best I ever experienced). Everything worked perfectly (pool, jacuzzi, etc..). The host was very friendly und very well organized. I'd highly recommend this place!

An excellent modern property with all of the features you could want. The outdoor facilities are great and plenty of seating for use throughout the day. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, quiet holiday
