Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location, Location.....easy access and close to beach. Great master bathroom. Hot tub and pool were great. Other bathrooms were well used and dated. Both decks felt unsafe. Front deck was unsafe for children. Near the built in bench on the deck was an open area big enough for a child to fall through.

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach . The top floor has been updated. It was a great space to enjoy the whole family. The updated bathroom was so pretty but the owner should finish a few small things to prevent the water on the new floor. The Pool was great! but the area around the pool can use some cleaning and updating!!! The bottom floor had many bugs and very old!! The hot tub didn’t work but after a call to the office someone came and fixed the hot tub and sprayed for bugs. The outhouse in front of the house was the biggest problem. After many calls as to why it was there it was never resolved. When my 3 year old granddaughter knew what house we were in by the outhouse in the front yard was embarrassing!!!!! I would rent this house again if it had more updates. I didn’t care for the bottom floor or the bugs or the outhouse!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Villa Corolla is a great house that is unfortunately suffering from neglect. When we first showed up, we noticed that nothing had been vacuumed, there were bugs all over the floor of the basement, and the whole house was sandy. It wasn't until we went to bed the first night that we realized that the sheets hadn't been changed either. There was sand, hair, and stains on most of the sheets; my bed even had blood on one of the pillows. It was obvious that the sheets were never changed and were just made with the previous renters sheets. There were several maintenance issues as well, including a broken glass shower door, broken kitchen cabinet, broken sliding door. The list goes on.After calling to get these issues fixed, it was smooth sailing for a few days before the bugs came back. I'm not sure what the deal is, but *hundreds* of roly-poly bugs crawled in and died on the ground floor of this house during our week there.I want to like this house, and would gladly stay there if these issues were fixed, but it's obvious this house isn't being taken care of.

The house is exactly as listed We had an amazing week. With a lot of kids there was enough floors and rooms that parties could do their own thing and then we would meet up every evening. Quick walk to the beach, we were able to leave all our gear at the beach and it was never bothered. Highly recommended this rental. Never been before and water was a little cold, do your research on the time of year you go.

We had to keep our food in coolers in the kitchen. This was highly inconvenient. A maintenance man came and checked for us but said they had known about it for two weeks prior to our stay and they were waiting for a repairman to come. 2. The basement shower was cracked rendering it unable to take showers in. Another huge inconvenience for the family staying in the basement.3. There was mold on the inside of the green master bath.

Reviewer Comments: We did have a great time however there were some things that should have been fixed that was not the refrigerator in the kitchen was not cooling...we had to use the refrigerator on the bottom floor...it was such a hassle, the bathtub on the bottom floor had a huge crack so we could not use that shower which was a hassle as well as we had 14 people in the house, there was some molding along the hand rail that was missing and had sharp edges which caused cuts on arms, the paint in the showers was peeling off the wall
