Stayed Mar 18, 2025Very nice property and very responsive owners. Landscaping is a positive feature. Provides seclusion around pool and lanai and beautiful framing of the canal/sunsets.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024We love staying in this house. Mark and Susan are great to work with and so accommodating! We were here earlier than check in and since the house was ready they did not hesitate to let us go on in. The location is perfect and house perfect for relaxation and fun. We would highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024My family and I came down to escape the March Ohio weather. We loved everything about his experience. We took advantage of the pool, bikes, and the kayaks. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. I hope to come back again.

Stayed Apr 29, 2023Setting is beautiful, house is beautiful and well appointed. The bicycles, kayaks, and pool were all great features, and we enjoyed the Bluetooth sound system. We’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Cape Coral.
