Had a great time appreciate the professionalism throughout the trip

It was a very nice stay and location is great! It was a little confusing who was communicating with us at times via text at first. Originally we thought it was spam or phishing texts.

Second time staying at this property and it was just as great!

The home had great curb appeal, but the interior left much to be desired. While spacious, the layout felt disjointed, with uneven floors and a “bedroom” that lacked a closet. Cleanliness was also an issue—dusty light fixtures, dirty area rugs, and cumbersome blinds made the stay less enjoyable. The cake mixer had rust on the beaters so we had to purchase a new one. The outdoor space was unusable due to an empty propane tank for the outdoor heater, which the host promised to replace but never did. The most frustrating part was being required to wash all the towels and sheets before departure, despite paying a hefty cleaning fee included in the service fees. This was an unreasonable expectation.

Very nice house, plenty of parking beautiful landscaping. We were there for work with multiple vehicles and parking was no problem in the big driveway. There were no issues during our stay. We hope to stay again for our next work trip.For families the house is large and fully equipped for a great Florida vacation with beautiful pool and tons of beach toys.The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that there was a very long rental contract sent in a separate email that you have to sign and initial MANY times about the house being old and you will be responsible for plumbing problems etc. It kind of stressed me out before the trip even started, but everything went fine and we would definitely stay again.

Post two hurricanes, this was a great find. It easily accommodated our group of nine. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and the Saturday morning street market. The very best part of our stay was the pool and the lounge area next to it. We spent most of our time enjoying this outdoor space.

We just returned from a magical week at a vacation rental in Bradenton, FL, and it was nothing short of incredible! The location was absolutely perfect. The house itself was fantastic. The house was very spacious, cozy, and had a well-equipped kitchen. It provided the perfect home base for our beach adventures, with plenty of space for our family/group to relax and unwind. The kids enjoyed the amenities such as the private pools and balcony. One recommendation I would add is maybe treat the patio area for mosquitoes. If you're looking for a relaxing and unforgettable beach vacation in Bradenton, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental property.

Great location close to marina and pier. Great back yard with pool and covered living area with sofas and tvs. We spent most of our time there and ate all of our meals there.

The house was very clean, except one bedroom sheets which had hair on them. No fault of the house, most likely just forgotten by cleaning company. The house pool was being “shocked” as we walked in and we were told to not use u til the next day. We later learned that the owner is fully aware of a leak in his pool which has not been fixed, the filter on the pool does not work properly due to the leak and it was replaced by a little clip on filter that doesn’t take care of the issue. We could not use the pool during our week stay. The pool guy said a week before our arrival the pool was totally green and had algae in it. On our arrival the pool was green, cloudy and an extreme high temperature, like a hot tub temperature. To our knowledge the owner knows about the issue and so did the rental company and they still aloud us to check in and stay. The home is overpriced for the value. There is a tiny bathroom that is to accommodate three bedrooms. Too small for 6 people to share. 2 of the bedrooms don’t have a closet or dressers. The bedroom doors are glass planes with a blind cover the glass, the light shines right through the blinds and we could not undress in the bedrooms because everyone in the living room and kitchen sitting area could see through the blinds. Some of the blinds did not work and had ripped paper behind them. It is a nice house, just definitely needs some TLC and the pool needs fixed before it should be on the market for rental.

We all enjoyed our stay at your lovely Bella Villa. Great house, pool and cabana. The kitchen was fully equipped. I would highly recommend it. A few items to address. The upstairs loft full bed was not useable for two adults. It was very hard and too small. We picked up a couple of air mattresses for them and left them for you in the closet. Would suggest it be replaced with a queen bed. Also there were no dressers for the clothes in the loft and the back bedroom on the first floor. We were there for two weeks and had a good amount of clothes. Thank you for getting the pool cleaned out by our second afternoon. And thank you for the dinner gift certificate when the sink was clogged. The back first floor bedroom closet door needs the top screw tightened. Loved the location near the river, nice homes and walking distance to coffee etc. The house was very charming and enjoyed by all.
