The penthouse is located on the first floor of a villa surrounded by olive groves and orchards and with large gardens not far from Casarano. The area is very quiet and safe, frequented by cyclists, people who jog and walk, but at the same time they can reach the places of the Salento beaches in a few minutes by car, finding the house in a strategic point in the area
The penthouse consists of two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, TV and sofa, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower: sink, toilet, bidet, shower. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer, barbecue, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter.
Outside it is surrounded by large panoramic terraces north-south, east-west with gazebo and garden tables.
