The airports of Trapani Birgi and Palermo Punta Raisi are about 40 km away. The Castellammare del Golfo railway station is a few hundred metres away. Several wine cellars located in the surrounding countryside offer enthusiasts an interesting food and wine itinerary.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Any additional needs must be agreed with the owner. Pets not allowed. Three comfortable bedrooms all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The standard layout includes 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms but beds can be arranged as required. 2 bathrooms, large living room also air-conditioned, fireplace, garage. Outdoor shower, barbecue and table tennis. Free wifi. Fully furnished and equipped. Can be inhabited in all seasons. The number of 6 persons is to be considered as maximum accommodation; any further requirements must be agreed with the owner. The house is entirely eco-friendly as it produces its own energy with solar panels and stores rainwater for all its needs. A beach umbrella and two beach chairs are at guests' disposal.
