The dependance consists of a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk beds, a living room with kitchenette with table and chairs.

Externally there is a parking area and an additional additional bathroom.

At the entrance of the property you will find majestic and beautiful marble statues, a wonderful garden with palm trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers, a barbecue area together with a stone cooking system, perfect for your grilling with an indoor dining area.

Through the beautiful stone staircase you will have access to the pool area, where you will also find a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a comfortable shower.

Pets are allowed and inside the villa you will find two dog kennels.

We also provide our guests with two bikes for adults and the much loved game of table football.

Inside you will find every comfort.

We advise our guests to bring a car and visit the beautiful city of Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello with its famous Tonnara and the Zingaro Zingaro Reserve, Alcamo Marina with its incomparable golden sand beach spread over 6 km of coastline.

In the villa there is a main villa, the owner lives there but is very discreet and you will not see him during your stay. The pool area and the bbq area are all exclusively for tourists.

Dependance Desiree is a gem of a holiday rental sitting in the middle of a small cluster of houses on the hillside. The marble statues in the garden and the hot-tub next to the fabulous pool give this small holiday house a sense of grandeur. The outdoor covered dining area and BBQ provided welcome shade for outdoor living from morning to night. The owner, who lives with his family on the plot, and the property manager, Saba, welcomed us on arrival. Saba was extremely helpful and provided lots of local information and details of places to visit and kept in touch by WhatsApp. (Simon & Sue, September 2024)
