Great location! Check in was easy, the kitchen is well equipped and smartly located next to the outdoor dinning. Plenty of room in the garage…we allocated three cars. The house has very good size, living room, kitchen and bedrooms are large and comfortable. We spent great family time

We had a great week in Comporta. The house is new, with lots of room for the whole family. A short walk to the beach, with a few great local restaurants. Francisco was a great host, who gave us suggestions for the area and was available for any problems.

We had THE best stay in this beautiful villa in Comporta! All the rooms (especially the bedrooms/bathrooms) and outside area were stunning! The pool was always warm and the salt water was a nice touch (not so chlorinated!!) The beach was literally a 12mins walk away.. The ONLY downfall was the toilet in the shower cubilce (!)

We had the best time in Caravahal . The villa was spotless clean , plenty of space for all our grown up kids and very comfortable . We biked every day on the bikes provided to the Sublime beach club - approx 5 mins away cycling - 10 walking . We did early morning walks around the really beautiful paddy fields 5 mins away - , ate in comporta, a very quaint village 15 mins away! Francisco was an excellent host - always on hand 24/7 and super helpful. This is a very special part of the world that I hope not too many people get wind of !! We will be back for sure .

We had no idea what to expect from our trip to the Alentejo region of Portigal. Francisco was a super communicative host, gave us restaurant recommendations and answered any questions we had. We absolutely loved staying in Lago Formosa with its own cute restaurants and 10 minute easy walk to the beach where there were two other cute restaurants. We would definitely come back!

This is a must stay place and experience. This house is simply fantastic, brand new, excellent location and very comfortable. The real plus is the landlord, Francisco. He was always available and making a major effort to satisfy us.

We really enjoyed our stay! the house is clean very comfortable and it has an excellent location. The kids really enjoyed the pool which did not have cold water like the beach.. You can walk to the beach (probably around 1500 feet, 15 minute walk). The beach has two great restaurants (Sublime (great food and wonderful ambiance) and o Diniz (less trendy but amazing food). I recommend you reserve with the Sublime beach club chairs and umbrella on the beach. Nearby the house with a short drive you can also eat dinner at Quinta da Comporta which has the most amazing sunset With a 10 Minute drive you can also enjoy a beautiful horseback Ride on the beach and rice fields at “Cavalos na areia.”.

Very nice house, well decorated, with all features for a great stay. The beach is close by. Ideal for groups or big families. The house is brand new. Great value for money.
