Stayed Sep 12, 2025We had a fabulous 9 night stay with our extended family . The villa is very well equipped and we used Intermarché for home delivery of heavy food items which worked really well . The villa is very close to the beach and 5 minutes walk to a shopping/restaurant/bar area . The butcher and bakers were excellent. We didn't hire a car but used the bus to Agde station which was 1euro and the same to Cap d age marina . Sete was a lovely day out With great seafood restaurants.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a week long stay as a family of four during August in Cap d'Agde. We cooked multiple times a day in the spacious kitchen, and the appliances (washer, dryer, a/c) all worked wonderfully. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, and the pool was just the right temperature to enjoy in the morning, afternoon, and evening.Jerome was a great host, and helped online and in person with the checkin process (and was always available via WhatsApp for any questions). We hope to stay at this lovely villa again, and highly recommend the surrounding area for a beach holiday.
