Description

Superb location with direct access to the Battuts beach, 34300 Agde with a breath-taking sea view.
This little corner of paradise, very quiet, is located near picturesque places (Sète, Carcassonne, Pezenas, Etang de Thau…) and places full of history (Nîmes, Agde ...). It is also ideally located on the beach letting you enjoying the better of the Mediterranean Sea.
Comfortable house of 80 m2 with a living area of 30 m2 composed of a fitted kitchen (microwave/oven, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, washing machine).
There are three bedrooms with new bedding. Two of them are composed with a wardrobe and a bed of 160 cm and the other one with cupboards and a bed in 140 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a WC.
The living room opens onto a terrace of 50 m2 facing the sea.
In addition, we provide garden furnitures (beds, chairs, table and, sunshade); Bed sheets and towels are provided.
The set is located on a closed ground of 500 m2 allowing the parking.
This localisation is perfect for a family with children (all age) as the beach is supervised by safeguards and so very safe.
Furthermore, Béziers Airport is less than 10km (15 minutes by car) and so, permits an easiest access to France and its Mediterranean coast.
Additional equipment: TV, Wi-Fi, heating, outdoor shower, adjoining room with WC and washing machine.
Sport and training equipment : training bike, paddle with oar, yoga mat, dumbbell weight.
Pet is accepted on demand.
Minimum rental 7 nights; discount on demand for 2 Weeks, many possibilities of arrival day with a preference for the sunday.

Almost everything about this beach cottage was great! Spotlessly clean, well equipped, amazing location right on a lovely sandy beach with resturants just a stroll away.
