Lovely Villa with heated pool if you so desire, very near to beach and nightlife

We had a great stay not much pool time as we were golfing. close to the beach nice bars and restaurants 1 munite across the street

Large villa near some lovely restaurants and a few bars . Villa had a lovely pool and was a lot bigger than it looks on the photos , plenty of utensils in the kitchen and was good to have a dishwasher , do feel the bathrooms could do with some modernisation and a chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom with a few more plug sockets would be good but all in all a lovely villa in a great location and great communication from the owner who was very helpful and quick to reply to messages

Had a wonderful stay in the villa. We were a family of 6 adults and a child and it had everything and more. It’s very spacious, the pool is lovely and the roof terrace is a sun trap!The location is perfect for the beach and there are a few restaurants within walking distance.Would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa, much bigger than we imagined from the photos with a nice pool area and sun terrace. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Easy check in/out and we appreciated being able to get into the villa earlier than expected. Location is great, right next to a few good restaurants, a small supermarket and the beach is about a 5/10 minute walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thanks!

Bring your own hand soap and TP. Also the waterfall feature of the pool was never on. The pool lights couldn't be turned on by any light switch in the house. Check out says 11 am expect a knock at 930 am from the owner pressuring you to leave. Bathrooms have plumbing issues open all the bathroom windows when you get there.

We stayed from February 1st through April 12th . The location was excellent just a five minute walk to the beach.There were a number a restaurants and coffee shop within a couple of minutes walk as well as a small store for basic supplies.Larger grocery stores and shopping are only about a fifteen minute drive away. The people so friendly and the area is beautiful.The house three bedrooms each with its own full bathroom which worked out perfectly for us three adult couples. There is also a half bath on the main level and lots of living space with a pool table.Antonio is great host and great to communicate with.This was certainly one of the best bookings we’ve had and plan to return in the future. Highly recommended.

Spacious property within a Beautifull area, all amenities provided and more to make your stay enjoyable. We would seriously consider staying here again. This property is excellent value for your money.

As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice! So much room - each bedroom is ensuite and there's another toilet downstairs!! The pool is amazing and salt water- it's across the road from bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket etc

Myself, my partner and our friends visited this villa on the 10th of September for one week. The villa was in a beautiful area, with a fantastic location, and was very spacious. The only thing we had to do was sort out the hot water, but we contacted the owner, who responded straight away to let us know how to fix the issue. This was fixed very quickly. The pool was lovely, and the outdoor space was great. The pool table was an extra bonus, and this was used daily. We would highly recommend this villa and the location. We had a fantastic holiday.

A truly lovely villa. Photos do not do it justice. It is so spacious. We were a family of 6 adults and everyone thought it was great. Lots of seating indoors and out. Pool was a welcome addition which we made full use of. The beach is literally a few minutes walk away and the views are stunning from the cliff top. There is a great little supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a number of restaurants/cafes in the same vicinity. No, it's not in the middle of the town, but for us it was perfect! A taxi for the 6 of us was about £13 each way into Albufeira old town. The host was so informative and replied quickly with any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa and didn't want to leave!

Everything was great, except...the mattresses were all a little too firm, But having said that, we've never found a soft mattress in Portugal. ?

Amazing villa, so handy for bars & a few shops, lovely short walk to beautiful beach. As others have said, the pictures don't do it justice, has absolutely everything you would need and more. Host helpfull with queries etc. We will be back!!
