The house was great and clean but we had to contact the property numerous times about the pool and hot tub not working properly. Some of the extra amenities advertised were also not as expected. Ie fishing gear was in disarray, kayaks in poor condition and missing paddles.

The house was exactly as described and on the photos. Newly remodelled after Ian (hurricane). Pool is very large. Highly recommended.

The house was great the only issue we had was the pool and hot tub constantly need water added and we could not keep the temperature consistent in either one.

Perfect location, there was a issue with the hot tub, we were amazed by how fast someone was there and fixed it

Had a good stay. This home had enough room for all of us and we felt like we had our own space. Everything we needed was there. Clear instructions to enter although lock was hard to open and needs to be replaced. Took some time to get it opened. The hot tub worked as expected. The pool was too cold to swim in. But all in all a good stay. Plenty of towels.

Loved the pool and hot tub

The home was very spacious and clean. My Mom and I were very comfortable. Pool was cold and so was hot tub even after heater was fixed. Location was great. I didn't care for the honey do list of house chores to complete before leaving since we paid for cleaning service upon exiting. Not that we would have left a mess but I thought that was quite rude to expect that. I did complete it as requested though to ensure I wasn't charged an additional fee. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Perfect set up for a large family! We loved the back pool area and spent a lot of time making meals together and enjoying the outdoors! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

The house is absolutely fantastic! Clean, modern, large, great layout and a great location! (The beach is 5 minutes away by car)The rooms are clean and large, the open kitchen and living room are bright and inviting and you look directly onto the pool when you enter the house! Really great! In addition, the rental went really well and the agency responded quickly and courteously!An absolute recommendation! The only thing to note is that the outdoor area is quite old and broken, many tiles are broken, the whirlpool has no more tiles at the top and the joints of the tiles are unfortunately also very broken and black, there is a need for action here! Otherwise everything works and the pool is large and clean!We would definitely come back!!!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it does not disappoint!! Great place, lots of room and well stocked kitchen. Had a great time and have booked it again for next year. Had a couple small issues and management company resolved same day!!

We have family in Cape Coral so it was a wonderful reunion. Great bay access, kayaks and bikes. Everyone loved the hot tub. We had a couple of very small problems that Tony took care of ASAP even though it was Christmas week.

Property was great, just as the pictures and description was listed. Loved the neighborhood very quiet yet friendly neighbors. Property was clean pool was awesome grandkids loved it! Dolphins in the channel a bonus. Very close to everything restaurants, shopping and beach.

House was clean. We had 6 people and the place was big enough and didn’t feel like we were crowded. Nice having 3 full bathrooms. The only thing was there are not too many towels if you have more people, so felt like we did towel laundry more often. Would definitely stay again. Great area.

My family and I had a great time in Cape Coral. The beaches are a short drive away-we went to a different beach every day! The house was perfect- loved the pool!

The house was great over all! Plenty of room for three families to create core memories while spending a week in the Cape Coral area! There were a ton of great things about the house but some of the most notable would be: - plenty of dishes/cups/cookware - extra blankets and linens - pool area is awesome! - Lots of outdoor seating Only one negative is that there that could have been more towels provided for both the pool and showering.

Beautiful property in a very quiet area. Huge pool with comfortable outside seating. All equipment there for a very relaxing stay including beach chairs and cool box but no parasol so we bought one and left it for others to use during their stay. Overall a fantastic stay in a great property in a great location. Would highly recommend for couples or families.

This was our first stay here and in this area. Beautiful neighborhood with the canal right out side amazing surroundings make for a comfortable pool side days. Everything was beyond stocked which was a first usually you need to “make do” or run for essentials and buy unnecessary things to cook with there was everything including spices and dish tabs. Home was clean and tidy felt very comfortable did not Want to leave will be back
