The living room features a cozy section sofa, a 38 smart TV, and french doors leading to the patio where one can enjoy the Florida sun. The large, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and all your cooking essentials, The dining area offers seating for 4 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. A half bath and large pantry are also located on the main level.

Upstairs on the 2nd level, guests will find the spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed, 43 smart TV, large walk-in closet, and full bath with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. French doors lead to a private balcony with a table and seating for 4. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the fantastic Florida weather. The 2nd bedroom, perfect for those traveling with children, can only be accessed through the master suite, through the bathroom. This bedroom features a set of bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top, sleeping up to 3 children.

The roomy 3rd bedroom features a king-size bed, comfy sofa sleeper, large closet, and 34 smart TV. The 2nd full bath, located in the hallway features a walk-in shower. An added bonus to the 2nd level is the wet bar, which is located in the hallway between the master suite and the 3rd bedroom. It features a wine cooler and a Keurig Coffee maker. A stackable washer/dryer is also located on the 2nd level.
