Perfect house for a big group/family trip. Truly enjoyed our stay here. House was as described and seen in pictures. Amanda was very responsive and always checked in. Plenty of amenities to make your stay even more fun. Looking forward to our next stay!

Everything was great! The house was large and spacious! It was a perfect setup/layout for gathering with family. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. We went to Caps on the Water for lunch one day and had drinks and appetizers there another night. It was nice not having to drive anywhere. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The property was lovely and very comfortable! Loved riding bikes too the beach every day. The large dining table fit all of us and the couch too!

This is the second year that our family has stayed here for our family Christmas and it’s just perfect! We all enjoy it so much, and the house is beautiful and functional, and there is plenty to see and do in the area!

We had a great time. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with! House is well maintained and well stocked. Bathrooms were nicely updated and the beds were super comfortable! We will happily stay here again

Our two families with teens in tow stayed for a July 4th getaway and it was fabulous! The home is very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful feel of modern newness and well-appointed style. We had all the supplies needed for the house and for the beach. There are many great restaurants nearby and the very popular Cap's on the water right on the block plus just a very short drive to shopping, groceries and downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, a couple of blocks through a pretty residential area and easy, direct access to the beach on A1A across from the community. We would visit again and highly recommend it for an all-around awesome stay!
