Stayed Oct 15, 2025Property is exactly as described. Host was very responsive to questions and messages. We were beyond pleased with the home and would absolutely stay here again if we get back to the area! Loved sitting on the patio each morning drinking coffee and watching the sun rise over Sandia Mountains. We also saw balloons land in the golf course! Definitely a 10/10 and 5 stars plus.Thanks again Karen-we had an amazing time!!!!!!

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Loved the home and location. Very quiet and enjoyed starting our day with air balloons drifting by our patio. Karen is a great host and communication was excellent. We plan on returning and our stay confirmed our decision to retire here and hopefully in this neighborhood.
