Walk-in and enjoy this freshly remodeled darling vacation rental! The main floor's living room is spacious, comfortable, and relaxing! The leather sofas are waiting for you to sit in and watch a little TV. The dining room table can sit up to 8 with additional seating for 4 at the counter. Just outside is the back patio, which has another table for 6 and a great built-in grill for other options for cooking. The kitchen is so light and beautiful and freshly remodeled with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. The master bedroom is large and has a king-size bed, armchair, TV, and a walkout to the patio. The large master bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large tub for soaking! Enjoy the use of the washer and dryer too! In the garage, you will find a ping pong table for extra family fun!

Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms. Each is so beautiful and each has 2 queen beds and TVs. There is also a master suite that has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking bath. It also has a sweet covered patio with chairs to set out and enjoy the beautiful skies day or night! There is another full bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Tons of room for your family to love and create long-lasting memories.

    Traveling to St. George to visit our daughter, son-in-law, & their 3 little girls and new infant son was a delight. Being able to stay somewhere close by was the plan. Thank you for creating wonderful destination to enjoy. We wish we could have stayed longer! We had plenty of room and the patio amenities were used daily. The ping pong table, fishing poles, grill, and fire pit came in handy. The weather was perfection. It was just warm enough to use the pool too. Everything was clean and well appointed. We would consider staying here again! Thanks again!

    Overall this property is amazing. Very clean, well equipped and very comfortable beds! The kids loved the community pools and hot tubs. The views are great - the house is immaculate and I would highly recommend.

    Very close to a 10, but we are very picky. This is a really nice rental home that is very well equipped and wow comfortable. Excellent pool, hot tub and recreation centre in the complex as a nice bonus. The picky bits are that it is a car centric location and everything must be driven to. There is some highway noise, not terrible by any means but like I said, picky. Our unit was in great shape and certainly acceptable in the clean department but again being a bit nutty we felt it could use a deeper scrub to bring it back to a ten. In the end we would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

    It is in a very nice location, quiet. I absolutely loved that it was near the end of a cul-de-sac. Less traffic. Great for mine and my sisters kids. The home was incredibly spacious, we had plenty of room for both families. If you are looking for a place to stay for multiple families, I would highly recommend this house. My kids and I had the best time!!

    The property overall was clean but the upstairs really smelt bad of cigarette smoke so we slept with the windows open. I thought this was a smoke free condo when I rented it. Kitchen was stocked but in the past the places I have rented usually have sugar and oil there. Had a spice rack and that was it so you need to bring cooking oil other basic things if you plan on using the kitchen.

    The rental has everything going for it - beautiful view, terrific location, very well appointed, great beds, and very quiet. It located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains over high way 15. The furnishings were exactly what we needed for our group with so much room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - we cooked all of our meals there. A grocery was 15 minutes away - very acceptable. Zion, Kolob Canyon, Snow Canyon and many other parks are all a short distance away. We highly recommend this rental.
