Stayed Nov 1, 2025Everything was great. There was some trouble with the remote for TV. We weren’t there for long enpugh to pursue it with host.We have no real complaints. It was super clean,comfy and fitted our needs perfectly. Easy short drive everywhere we wanted to go.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025If you want to be close to beaches and near Ptown, this is a great location. It’s a bit far from other locations, such as Chatham or Harwitch. Although fairly small it was more than adequate for our family including two college students . Great view of the sunsets. There is a road that’s between you and the view, but at night you can’t see it . The outdoor table and chairs were great to eat breakfast while looking at the water. The outside couch was a bit tattered and was in need of new cushions . Overall it was a nice place, with comfortable beds and good shower. The staff was very responsive with requests via VRBO.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024My phone wasnt working so it would have been helpful to have an email to contact. We had a pleasant stay. Suggestions: Some reading lamps in the livingroom and bedroom, a shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo, some mixing bowls and a frying pan in the kitchen.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Wonderful week spent here with family. Loved how the teens could walk to the beach solo and we all walked to Top Mast restaurant for iced coffee and dinner. Lovely time.
