VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM!

Place was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing and the views were simply breath taking. The deck and pool area were incredible and were most of the time was spent.Property management team was great (although we had no need to contact during our stay as everything was on point) and I highly recommend

Overall, the property was very nice. The description was fairly accurate. Our main complaint is the cleanliness of the house, it was mildew smelling and had visible mold. The kitchen also lacked necessities (i.e. dish towels, potholders). The kitchen had lots of fruit flies and ants. The house manager was made aware of both of the issues. The outdoor space was filthy! The morning after we arrived, we cleaned off all the deck furniture and decking around the pool, it was covered in bird droppings. Overall though our stay was good and the location was fantastic, the views are incredible! The highlight of the stay was the daily dolphin sightings.

Amazing house on the water. Short trip into town and AC.

Location, location location . Was perfect for a family. Space was great for a family. My family fished and the kids had enough space. The house needs updating and cleaned a lot better for the amount of money. A lot was broken, most sliding doors wouldn’t lock, grill was never cleaned. The owner told me there was 3 umbrellas on deck. There was 1 and it was broken. Was told that we would have new ones the next day. Never saw them. I have to say though we had a great time and made the best of it . It was a beautiful home in its time .

We rented this house to celebrate our 35th college reunion and it meet our basic needs. The location is great. It was big enough to allow 14+ people to enjoy each other's company and to find space for individual recharging. The outside deck and pool area is wonderful space with a great view. The amount of parking is great. Our middle-of-the-road rating (3 out of 5) is driven by the following: - the house looks as though it has had little to no investment in the past 15 years. Cosmetically, it looks outdated and worn out with lots of little things broken/not working properly. It's too much to list and this hung over our heads wondering if we would be blamed. - the cleaning was below par. Lots of dust on shelves and furniture, dirty floors (inside & out), cobwebs in corners and along bottom of cabinets. It made you wonder how clean the sheets and bathrooms were, really. - the deck while beautiful and big had only one broken umbrella to provide shade and yes. The pillows were filthy as was the grill. - the kitchen did not have enough supplies (dished, glasses) to support the number of people the rental can accommodate. - the AC on the bottom floor froze You are paying purely for location (which is absolutely perfect). The details seem to be neglected.

The second time around just as great as the first! Hoping to be welcomed back again. What an amazing view and incredible property. Worth every dime!

I dont have enough words to describe how thankful my family is to have found this property. Its everything everyone says it is.

This home is simply amazing. The views are epic! You would never get tired of being at this home. It’s the perfect getaway location. Whether you’re traveling on business or pleasure treat yourself by renting this home. It’s worth every dime!

Besides the obviously perfect ocean-side location and pool/hot tub accessible 24/7, our favorite thing about this rental is that there is a full bathroom for each bedroom, which is rare to find. An area of opportunity is that there are some upgrades/maintenance that could be done on the property, but all and all, we would consider coming back next year!

Great property for a vacation with lots of friends or family!
