The guest house is located above a detached garage with a private, keyless entrance. Ample street parking is available directly outside the guest house.
Bus service is located on nearby Market Street.
This is a 100% no smoking/no vaping guest house.
2 guest maximum.
Guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs as the unit is located above a detached garage. No elevator.
The property was on a quiet street with views of Lake Washington and within walking distance of Kirklandโs center. It was well stocked throughout and superbly decorated.
