Downtown Kirkland Lakeview House and Guest Cottage

Beautiful place perfectly located near downtown Kirkland. Outside BBQ and patio are incredible! We will definitely be back.

This Kirkland house was perfect. It’s a short walk to a wide range of restaurants. Travel into downtown Seattle was easy. We loved everything about the house.

The property was in a safe andquiet neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable. Our teenager had a great time in the guest house/casita. 100% would come back.

This small but amazing property was just as described and shown in photos. Beautifully appointed with most everything needed during a stay. The main house includes a wonderful master ensuite with a large closet and a bedroom/hall bath, a laundry room with all the essentials (ironing board, steamer, washer and two dryers), a living/dining area and well-appointed and equipped kitchen (includes an espresso machine, Keurig and tea kettle). The main house is cozy and inviting with some special additions like fun board games and a tabletop smores maker with all the ingredients for fun.Off the kitchen is a beautiful covered outdoor space with everything you will need to enjoy summer grilling or visiting with friends/family. It includes an outdoor heater for those cooler nights. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful weather and smores.My husband enjoyed the hot tub.The third bedroom and bath are in an adorable, detached guest cottage. It was perfect for a couple to share. Includes a small kitchen area, as well. It is beautifully decorated and appointed just like the main house.There is a very small parking space in the rear of the property. We were driving a BMW X5 and it just did fit in the space. So, I would not recommend a large vehicle try that space. There is parking on the street in front of the house as well.The entire property was very well maintained and very clean. Our stay was so enjoyable, we did not want to go home.

Everything about the home, the location and the experience was top notch. The host is great at communication, the house was very cool and the location with the marina down the street was perfect.

Great cozy and clean getaway property would highly recommend. Super prepared for families, private casita was really awesome for our son and daughter in law. Very walkable into downtown Kirkland and water. Communication with owner was fast and effective.

We have stayed at this property two times during home renovations. It is fabulous! Great communication with owners, well stocked, so clean, amazing location, peaceful, comfortable, it’s just a fantastic place. Check in and out is easy. Beds are super comfy. We just love it!

Wonderful property in the heart of Kirkland walking distance to great restaurants , cafes and bars. Great views of lake Washington, comfortable beds, and a terrific outdoor living space! We loved our stay!

Beautiful house, fully equipped and then some with lots of extras, nice napkins, paper towels, spices, wrap & foil for food etc. Very comfortable beds with lovely sheets. Beautifully decorated just as you see in the pictures. Spotless! Great location to restaurants too. We are very pleased.

We were so impressed with how clean and cozy this house was. Very relaxing on the porch and in the hot tub! Highly recommend!!
