View Point - Pambula Beach

Great property and location! The view of the ocean from the balcony, living room and main bedroom is beautiful and relaxing. All four of us slept comfortably (2 people in master, 1 in second bedroom, and 1 in the single), and the fact there were three bathrooms was also very handy for getting ready in the morning for days out. BBQ works well, and nice to have a large inside and outside dining table. We would definitely recommend the place, and would be happy to book again if the opportunity comes up!

This house was gorgeous. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and it all felt a bit special and luxurious. The view was amazing day or night and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We were very sad to leave.

views is amazing good location

The house was nice, well-maintained and well equipped. While an AC would have made the hot day a bit more bearable, the lower parts of the house were still cool. No wifi means you rely on a spotty mobile connection - but you're supposed to be on vacation, right? So, who cares? The view and location are an absolute dream! We had kangaroos and parrots visit us in the backyard constantly. Of course that means, you've got to be careful where you step in the backyard - but you've got such a lovely house and porch, so why not leave the backyard to the local wildlife. We'd love to come back soon!

Is there anything more Australian than a summer holiday where you wake up with kangaroos in the backyard? This property is clearly a much loved family holiday house, now on the rental market. I feel like more attention could be spent on the small details – perhaps it needs “renters eye” cast over it rather than an owner‘s eye? attention needs to be paid in the cupboards as what family is used to isn’t quite up to scratch at this price point although overall the property is great and I rate it highly - but not yet a 5 for me. There’s no excuse for wire coat hangers and mismatched coffee cups or chipped plates now that both are so easily and inexpensively available. A bit more dusting is also needed on blinds and higher surfaces. Air spray and hand wash in the master bathroom were both empty on arrival, and although I could raid the other bathrooms this should not have had to have occurred. Also, there were no provisions left in the laundry which is unusual for properties of this calibre and this an unexpected hassle. However the upstairs (ground level) is a winner with close to 180° views from every room except for the kitchen and easy parking. The property is only a few minutes drive from Pambula, and about 10 minutes into Merimbula with local oysters available a quick 5 minute drive away. Even with its current shortfalls, I would rent this property again and will recommend it to friends.

Absolutely loved it. The photos are exactly how it is! Location fantastic and really enjoyed it being a little bit off the track. Saw the echindna which was a highlight! Our two families had enough space from each other and great communal areas to come together in. The deck was amazing as covered so even though it was a rainy week it was very usable. Just a super relaxing holiday with everything we needed in the house!

Stayed for a week with three young children. Plenty of space for them to play upstairs or downstairs with a games room. The view from the deck of the Pambula River mouth and across to Merimbula is amazing and better than what the photos show. Beds were very comfortable with good quality linen and towels provided. The property was spotless and maintained very well and there is plenty of cutlery crockery etc. The location is only a short walk, or 2 minute drive (downhill) to either the river mouth or the main beach. Communication with the host was excellent with easy to follow instructions. Would definitely recommend this property

Awesome house Well appointed and very comfortable. Views better than the pictures. Wildlife daily. Would highly recommend
