My family and I recently visited Pittsburgh to tour a couple of colleges. The house was perfect for our needs and the hosts were accommodating and nice, with good clear communication. If we find ourselves back in the area, this will be the first place we check!

The hosts were incredible! Answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. The amenities were outstanding with respect to the variety provided. The residence was clean and stood out compared to other places I have stayed. Location was a 10/10. Only a 30 second walk to view the entire city/skyline. Will definitely look to stay at this residence again the next time I stay in Pittsburgh!

When you stay in Pittsburgh, the best views are on Mt Washington. When you stay on Mt Washington, the place to be is near Grandview Ave. Here, you are one block from the best views in Pittsburgh! A short walk and you are there. The pet friendly home afforded us a very comfortable stay, close to everything that matters! Andrea and Tony are awesome hosts and very friendly. This property is in a great location, walking distance to the grandview overlook, the incline and many shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The management was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We will book here again! Thank you

Really nice place, clean and updated. Nice for family of 5 visit to local college. Plenty of room and the kids loved the 3 floors. Street was a bit busy the first night, a Friday, but quiet on Saturday. Not sure why so noisy the first night, perhaps a motorcycle convention or something. Location has great views a short walk away and a couple of restaurants 5 min walk. Not sure if it would be considered a good part of town or not but felt safe walking around during the day.

Location location location. This house was perfect for my family. Very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Walking distance to the incline which took us to Station Square and then the shuttle boat to the Pirates game. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved the historic home. Highly recommended!

Great views just around the corner and some great local restaurants. Do yourself a favor and go to Bigham’s. House was clean and perfect for our small group of friends. Everywhere in Pittsburgh is a short drive if you’re looking to explore.

The location was great, and being able to walk a couple blocks to see the fireworks on July 4 was a lucky surprise. It was just a few steps to the main street and amazing panoramic views of the bridges, river, and skyline. This location is an older 3-story house, no central air, but the hosts had window air conditioners that were able to keep up fairly well even with daily highs in the low 90's. The beds were very comfortable, everyone in our traveling group loved them. We spent a lot of time on the deck; it has lots of seating, feels private, and has a big adjustable umbrella for shade. The hosts were extremely responsive; it rarely took more than a few minutes for them to answer questions. They were polite, positive, and very welcoming.The only negative experience was some late night drag racing beside the house. I brought this up to the hosts, they thanked me for the alert and passed it along to the local police. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful time! The hosts are friendly and accommodating, and the house is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The beds and furniture are so comfortable! Certainly, the neighborhood is great and central to all the Pittsburgh activities. Very relaxing time…wish I could give TEN stars! Thanks for a great time!

It was a return to my childhood neighborhood with a relative and friend. I remember the property but it has been significantly upgraded. For me it was convenient and heartwarming. So many good memories. On the practical side, it was spotless and comfortable. Thank you to my hosts. Genie

My family and I stayed for a couple of days and we really liked the house. It was spotless and very comfortable. Andrea and Tony were very responsive and helpful, and it was very easy to check in. Would recommend!

From the start, Tony was incredibly responsive. When we first started looking to book a place for my daughter’s graduation from the University of Pittsburgh, we were concerned with our options because the graduation weekend also coincided with the marathon. We wanted to stay in the Mount Washington area and it's proxmity to Oakland. It was a gorgeous area with spectacular views of the entire city. It's nearby some of the top restaurants in Pittsburgh and walkable so some cool sites. The house was spotless. We enjoyed our stay. It is three floors, which wasn't initially clear to me. Fortunatly, since we brought my MIL, she was able to climb the first set of stairs. We put my son on the top floor, accessible by another flight. Tony could not have been nicer.

We booked this spot as a place to stay with some old college friends in town for a concert. It was the perfect landing spot for the weekend, and we took full advantage of the deck, bbq, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean and easy to manage, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood too. We could walk easily to a grocery store, places to get breakfast or drinks and dinner. The view just a half block from the house is great, and you can walk down the street a few blocks and jump on the incline to get a lift down to the river. Great stay!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Great location to get to PNC Park easily via Uber and awesome to see fireworks at night.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mount Washington. It was a cool, historical home, but with modern updates throughout, including new renovations in the kitchen and bathroom. The property was clean and comfortable, conveniently located near restaurants and museums, and just steps away from an amazing view of downtown. The property owner, Tony, was very responsive to all our needs and questions. Would definitely stay there again!

We were at a conference recently at the Sheraton in Station Square. This house was a way better option for our group. The owners are great and we highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect. It was a great location- close to the incline and scenic overlook, walking distance to a wonderful bakery and coffee shop! The property had plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen and several choices for coffeemakers:) it was very clean and the owners were kind and very responsive. We’ll definitely stay there again!

We stayed in this property 3 nights during Thanksgiving week. Lovely house, very clean and well-maintained with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Well heated and cozy beds; the house easily accommodated our family of four. The property hosts had great communication and check-in process was smooth. Just a short stroll up the street is the Grand Overlook with an amazing view of Pittsburgh, and then an easy, scenic walk to a street of shops and restaurants, a grocery store and a delicious pizza place. The neighborhood is very peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer; we'll definately book again!

This was our second stay at this house and we loved it just as much as the first. You can’t beat the location- it is 1 block from the overlook with amazing early morning and evening views. It is a very short walk to Shiloh street for great restaurants and bars We recommend the coffee shop, Gordo’s tacos and Eggs and More. The house was perfect for our groups visit for Family Weekend at Pitt. Comfortable, clean, parking right at front, and easy access to the stadium, downtown and campus. We will be back again next year!

We really enjoyed the location in Mt. Washington area and everything was in walking distance to all amenities. The property was cute and had everything we needed for week stay . I would work on bedrooms doors for making knobs work / need one more bathroom for showers. I recommend staying here for large family

My sister and I were going to Pittsburgh for a family reunion and we found out that the house we grew up in is now a VRBO. So, of COURSE, we booked it! The house is just lovely and has many improvements. Our beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen is stocked nicely. We ate many meals on the deck outside - which didn't exist when we lived there. The house is in a GREAT location. Mt. Washington is centrally located to get to nearly all Pittsburgh sites of interest with only about a 20 minute drive. There are a number of really good restaurants in walking distance and you're only about 150 feet away from the gorgeous view of the city from Grandview Ave. Tony was exceptionally responsive to our texts. Very good host. We'll stay again for our next reunion!

Comfortable property close to everything…walk within the neighborhood for coffee shops, restaurants or just a great view of the city. Easy drive to the city for all Pittsburgh had to offer. Wonderful way to spend time with our teenage kids and their friends before school starts up again. Property owners are excellent communicators…such a great transaction…felt as if we stayed in a property and wined by family or close friend.

We loved staying in this home. It is beautiful, clean and has everything you need and then some!

The hosts and house were wonderful. Tony was very responsive and easy to reach. We loved sitting on the deck and drinking our coffee in the morning. Our only issue, and this is out of the owners’ control, is the motorcycle and “hotrod” noise lasting to 3-4 AM. Parking on Saturday night was an issue but Tony was easy to reach and we were able to get our questions resolved. We give the property and owners a 5. The behaviors of others - not so much
