Great property and very close to all local bars and restaurants!
multiple entrance points for both human and bird species, strategically placed furniture to compensate for lack of complete flooring, fall asleep to the sound of panicked birds flapping with all their might, convenient to downtown area
While this was a great location and worked out fine for my sisters bachelorette, it left a lot to be desired. The furniture from the pictures didn’t match the place. There was no outdoor umbrella and the outdoor furniture was in rough shape. The place smelled like gas when we arrived and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Jess was great about having someone come fix the gas smell but it’s unfortunate that it wasn’t dealt with before we arrived. There was only 3 towels for showering and really bare supplies in the kitchen only including mugs, 3 plates, no bowls. I will say the location was great and we slept 6 people comfortably but it you do bring 7 you’ll either be sharing a king bed between 3 people or someone will be relegated to a sketchy daybed.
Great location and accommodation. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Highly recommend this property!
The roof deck was a home for pigeons and full of poop. It did not look like the picture at all. There was no umbrella, but just a string where it once was. You had to use a brick to keep the bathroom door closed. Otherwise the beds were pretty comfortable and the bathroom was clean
…but this place leaves a lot to be desired. Broken bar stools (the only seating option), exposed electric, bathroom door that won’t stay shut, a/c units in windows still making it very drafty, a coat closet that looks disgusting and dangerous with a huge hole to the rafters, beds felt crowned, only heat source was space heaters, and only 2 drinking glasses. The bathroom is new and lovely with plenty of light and towels.
Enjoyed our weekend in Portland. Jess was responsive and easy to connect with. This apartment is close to many great restaurants and bars as well as the State Theater, which was the reason for our visit. Walked down to wster and wharfs. Apartment had the basics in kitchen. Enough to cook up breakfast before heading out for the day. The outdoor roof deck was nice place to hang out. The apartment has no place to sit and hang out except the kitchen table barstools, which worked for us along with the deck. Would recommend to anyone who is coming to town tonsee a show or take in the sights. Beds comfortable.
Enjoyed staying at this listing. Perfect area to walk to downtown and the Old Port! Will come back again!
We rented this apartment for a weekend get away from college friends. The location was great, we were able to walk to all restaurants and shops of downtown. I did have higher expectations for the accommodations considering the price tag. Upon first entering the building you’re hit with a very strong scent of weed. That wasn’t quite as bothersome as the odor in the actual apartment. It wreaked of trash (or maybe dead mouse?) especially when you first entered. Upon looking for the source of the smell we discovered a coat closet that looked like something straight out of hoarders. It was odd to me especially considering it appears this place is continuously used as a rental. The bathroom and bedrooms appeared clean. I would keep in mind this is the type of place you would use more for location, less for hanging out.
Location is exceptional! The apartment is located within walking distance of downtown and directly across from a 7 Eleven convenient store. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck.
Parking was a challenging. Stairs up to unit difficult with luggage. Unit was clean. Limited cooking and eating area.
