We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

An absolutely lovely neighbourhood, with plenty of walking and biking trails/options.
Take the Waterford River Walk trail all the way to Bowring Park.
Victoria Park is just a block away and has formally laid out paths, a playground, a baseball field, a dog park, and green space. Recently revitalized.
Tennis courts and soccer field just a short stroll up Leslie street.

    We stayed for a week in June 2025. This home is well appointed. Kitchen has all you’ll need. Beds are comfortable. Good quality linens. Two lovely full baths upstairs. Easy walk to downtown.

    For my first time staying in a rental using vrbo. Could ask for anything better. It was a smooth transaction with a fast response. The place was very inviting and comfortable. The hoist kept me updated on weather conditions and reminded me when the garbage was passing. The house was equipped with everything I needed. I said there for 100 days and could have stay 100 more , but the work is finished. Looking forward to stay there again when I able to. Thanks from This Louisiana boy.
